A binding contract is formed when the customer completes the order process and receives an order confirmation by email. There is no entitlement to the conclusion of a contract.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are in Euro and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through external providers such as Stripe. Access to digital content is granted upon successful payment.
6. No Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
According to Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and § 356 (5) BGB, the right of withdrawal expires once the customer has explicitly consented to the immediate execution of the contract and confirmed awareness of the loss of the right of withdrawal upon contract execution.
